First Version of the 3D Concentration Viewer for FC5.

For this versions the configuration files have to be created using the Windows 
Version. The 'csv', 'xml' and 'config3D' file have to be converted to the unix 
file format using dos2unix. The latest windows version can be downloaded from: 

http://public.kgi.edu/~fbergman/files/latest/SetupSimulate3D.exe

This version includes some test models to be executed from the executable 
directory with: 

./Simulate3D --config p53.config3D
./Simulate3D --config janaOscill8.config3D
./Simulate3D --config janaWolf.config3D
./Simulate3D --config simulateCD.config3D
./Simulate3D --config testConfig.config3D
./Simulate3D --config cascadeBloom.config3D

Should the fullscreen version have wrong geometries try modifying the camera.cfg 
file in the directory (settings should be obvious) and run: 

export PRODUCER_CAMERA_CONFIG_FILE=./camera.cfg

prior to executing ./Simulate3D. The camera config file can be used to start the 
application in windowed of fullscreen mode. 

Unfortunately I have currently only a virtual machine with FC5 installed, so I'm 
not sure whether some problems I see are related to not having valid openGL 
support. Currently on FC5 I can't use the "playback buttons". If that is the case 
with your version too just let me know ... (the playback buttons can be hidden by
pressing 'c' - more information on keyboard shortcuts is available by pressing 'h').
